Corporate Administrative Support Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled and organized Corporate Administrative Support Specialist to join our team at Save Max Real Estate Inc. As a key member of our support staff, you will be responsible for providing exceptional administrative support to our senior management team.
Key Responsibilities:
- Arrange and coordinate seminars, conferences, and other events as needed;
- Assist with staff consultation and grievance procedures;
- Coordinate the activities of the HR department to ensure they meet our organization's goals;
- Coordinate the flow of information within the team;
- Direct and control daily operations;
- Direct staff and evaluate their performance;
- Motivate staff and promote a positive work environment;
- Open and distribute mail and other materials;
- Plan and control budget and expenditures;
- Plan and organize daily operations;
- Review HR projects to ensure compliance with laws and regulations;
- Supervise other workers and train them on new skills and procedures;
- Establish and implement policies and procedures;
- Determine and establish office procedures and routines;
- Oversee the classification and rating of occupations;
- Plan, develop, and implement recruitment strategies;
- Schedule and confirm appointments;
- Manage contracts and negotiate collective agreements;
- Manage training and development strategies;
- Answer telephone calls and relay messages;
- Oversee the analysis of employee data and information;
- Respond to employee questions and complaints;
- Liaise with management, union officials, and HR consultants;
- Negotiate collective agreements on behalf of employers or workers;
- Organize staff consultation and grievance procedures;
- Oversee payroll administration;
- Arrange travel and make reservations;
- Greet people and direct them to contacts or service areas;
- Set up and maintain manual and computerized information filing systems;
- Type and proofread correspondence, forms, and other documents;
- Conduct research and perform data entry;
- Provide customer service and support;
- Work with the marketing department to understand and communicate marketing messages;
- Recruit and hire workers and carry out related staffing actions;
- Maintain and manage digital databases;
- Perform basic bookkeeping tasks;
- Consult with clients after sale to provide ongoing support;
- Conduct performance reviews and evaluations;
- Evaluate work environments, programs, and procedures to control disease and injury;
- Supervise office and volunteer staff;
We offer a competitive salary range of $60,000 - $80,000 per year, depending on experience, as well as opportunities for professional growth and development.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field;
- Minimum 1 year of experience in an administrative role;
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills;
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team;
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and other software applications;
- Attention to detail and organizational skills;
- Flexibility and adaptability in a fast-paced environment.
