At Maple Leaf Foods, we are seeking an experienced Corporate Pension and Benefits Administration Specialist to join our team. This role will be responsible for the day-to-day administration of our retirement and benefits programs across all business areas in Canada and US.

Key Responsibilities
  • Ongoing execution of administrative processes to provide an effective stakeholder experience, ensuring organizational compliance with all relevant legislation and plan provisions.
  • Responsible for the monthly validation and analysis of contribution remittances and data interfaces for the Canadian DB and DC pension & savings programs.
  • Support all regulatory filings and annual compliance activities.

In this role, you will also be responsible for providing consultation to key internal stakeholders on a broad range of pension and benefits programs, policies, and procedures. You will analyze data, understand cost impact to business, and develop recommendations.

Requirements
  • University degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, or related field.
  • 5+ years of progressive working experience with DB and DC Pension plans and Benefits administration.
  • Advanced proficiency in Excel, Power Point, and Microsoft Office programs as well as web-based applications.

We offer a competitive salary of $80,000 - $110,000 per year, depending on experience, and a comprehensive benefits package, including a defined contribution pension plan with company matching.
