Administrative Services Coordinator

About the Role
We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Administrative Services Coordinator to join our team in Toronto. As an Administrative Services Coordinator, you will be responsible for handling inbound calls, mail, and packages, as well as providing exceptional customer service to our clients.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide administrative support to the team, including answering phone calls, responding to emails, and processing mail and packages.
- Manage the front desk, including greeting clients, handling reception duties, and maintaining a clean and organized workspace.
- Assist with data entry, filing, and other administrative tasks as needed.
- Develop and maintain relationships with clients, vendors, and other stakeholders.
Requirements
- Post-secondary education in a related field (e.g. business administration, office administration).
- 2 years of experience in a front-line office services role.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively.
