- Develop presentations and reports using Microsoft Office Suite
- Coordinate meetings, travel arrangements, and office supplies
- Provide exceptional customer service to internal and external customers
- 2+ years of experience as an Administrative or Executive Assistant
- Previous experience with executive level reporting and calendar management
- Strong communication and customer service skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, including Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
- Fluent in French (verbal and written)
