Job Description:

We are seeking a skilled Global Technical Product Support Specialist to join our team in Canada. This role will report directly to the Global Product Support Team Lead and be responsible for providing comprehensive global product support to our dealer/distributor network.

The ideal candidate will have at least 5 years of relevant technical experience in Powersports, with a strong grasp of electrical and mechanical theory. They will also possess excellent written and verbal communication skills, capable of effectively conveying technical information and ideas.

The salary for this position is estimated to be around $90,000 per year, considering the location and industry standards. Responsibilities:

  • Provide comprehensive global product support to dealerships, ensuring alignment with brand promise and delivering exceptional technical assistance.
  • Offer timely technical solutions to dealership technicians, meeting service level targets and KPIs.
  • Collaborate closely with other departments to streamline processes and enhance customer satisfaction.
  • Advise dealers on best practices, BRP policies, and operational guidelines to optimize service delivery and uphold brand standards.
  • Proactively coach partners and dealers on technical support issues, fostering strong relationships and promoting continuous improvement.
