Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced technical service advisor to join our team as a Senior Support Specialist. As a key member of our support services, you will provide expert advice, perform technical diagnostics, and represent BRP globally.

Key Responsibilities
  • Act as a front-of-house advisor, providing efficient and expert advice to dealerships and customers.
  • Perform technical diagnostics and troubleshooting to resolve issues quickly and effectively.
  • Represent BRP globally, building relationships with dealerships and partners.
  • Provide technical solutions to dealership technicians and support other departments such as warranty and customer care teams.
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A basic technical degree or relevant qualification in powersports, automotive, marine, or small engine mechanics.
  • At least 2 years of experience in a powersports dealership or similar environment with general mechanical knowledge.
  • Strong troubleshooting and diagnostic skills with a thorough understanding of electrical and mechanical theory.
  • The ability to navigate and understand electronic parts catalogues, engineering drawings, and bill of materials.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to articulate complex technical information.
  • Bilingual (EN/FR) with the ability to communicate effectively in both languages.
