">You should have a strong understanding of connecting product knowledge with dealer support and customer satisfaction.
">Troubleshooting and diagnostics skills, including proficiency in interpreting electrical wiring diagrams, schematics, service manuals, electronic parts catalogues, engineering drawings, and bills of materials, are required.
">Experience using CRM or ERP systems and Google Suite or Microsoft Office is necessary.
">A minimum of 5 years of relevant technical experience in Powersports is required, as well as a technical degree or equivalent experience in Powersports, automotive, marine, or small engine mechanics.
">Excellent written and verbal communication skills are crucial, enabling effective conveyance of technical information and ideas.
">Fluency in English is required, with proficiency in French or other languages being advantageous.
