Key Responsibilities

The successful candidate will be responsible for driving business growth and expansion within their assigned territory, focusing on sales, marketing, and distribution strategies to increase profits from Sea-Doo, Ski-Doo, and Can-Am products. This involves managing relationships with independent dealers, providing support to meet or exceed sales targets, and collaborating with regional sales managers to develop and implement effective business plans.

Job Requirements
  • A bachelor's degree in administration or a relevant field, combined with 3-5 years of experience in the recreational products sector.
  • Strong knowledge of finance, sales techniques, marketing, and mechanics, with excellent communication skills to interact with dealerships outside Quebec.
  • Demonstrated dynamism, leadership, and autonomy, with good organizational skills and entrepreneurship essential for success.
