Territory Business Development Manager

The successful candidate will be responsible for driving business growth and expansion within their assigned territory, focusing on sales, marketing, and distribution strategies to increase profits from Sea-Doo, Ski-Doo, and Can-Am products. This involves managing relationships with independent dealers, providing support to meet or exceed sales targets, and collaborating with regional sales managers to develop and implement effective business plans.
Job Requirements- A bachelor's degree in administration or a relevant field, combined with 3-5 years of experience in the recreational products sector.
- Strong knowledge of finance, sales techniques, marketing, and mechanics, with excellent communication skills to interact with dealerships outside Quebec.
- Demonstrated dynamism, leadership, and autonomy, with good organizational skills and entrepreneurship essential for success.
