Job Description:
The Corporate Client Liaison Specialist will be responsible for ensuring that corporate client requests are addressed in a timely manner, in accordance with client expectations. This involves acting as a liaison between the client and operational teams or coordinating various services necessary to meet client needs.
Key Responsibilities:
- Ensure client requests are handled effectively, efficiently, and coordinated with operational teams, providers, suppliers, or other sources as required;
- Develop strong working relationships with operational teams and Account Managers while sharing feedback, knowledge, or opportunities when applicable;
- Oversee claims activities and resolution while providing an expected level of Customer Experience;
- Provide relevant and timely updates both internally and externally;
- Escalate complex cases, process breakdowns, client complaints, or efficiency enhancement opportunities;
Required Skills and Qualifications:
- Post-Secondary Education or equivalent;
- Minimum of two years of work experience in customer service;
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English; additional verbal and written communication in French, Spanish, or German would be considered an asset;
- Knowledge of healthcare services and medical billing practices;
- Comfort with Microsoft suite of products and adaptable to different tools and technologies;
