Job Overview

This role is responsible for providing expert technical support to dealerships, representing BRP globally, and building strong relationships with partners and dealer networks. You will have the opportunity to:

  • Act as a front-of-house advisor, offering efficient and expert advice, performing diagnostics, and answering inquiries quickly.
  • Provide technical solutions to dealership technicians and support other departments.
  • Guide dealers on best practices related to BRP policy, processes, and guidelines.
  • Proactively support and coach partners and dealers on technical support and inquiries.
  • Represent BRP and build relationships through event participation.
  • Identify emerging issues or trends, highlight them quickly, and escalate when necessary to improve and optimize support services.
Required Skills and Qualifications

To succeed in this role, you should possess:

  • A basic technical degree or relevant qualification in powersports, automotive, marine, or small engine mechanics.
  • At least 2 years of experience in a powersports dealership or similar environment with general mechanical knowledge.
  • Strong troubleshooting and diagnostic skills, with a thorough understanding of electrical and mechanical theory.
  • The ability to navigate electronic parts catalogues, engineering drawings, and bill of materials.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to articulate thoughts, ideas, and technical terminology.
  • The ability to adapt easily to different circumstances, individuals, and situations, and work in a multicultural environment.
  • Bilingual (EN/FR).
