Administrative Coordinator

We are seeking an experienced Administrative Support Professional to join our team at Third Power Training. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing administrative support to our HR department, ensuring that all tasks are completed efficiently and effectively.
Key Responsibilities- Administrative Support: Provide administrative support to the HR department, including arranging seminars, conferences, and other events.
- Co-ordination: Coordinate the activities of the HR department to ensure that they meet the organization's goals.
- Staff Management: Direct staff and evaluate daily operations to ensure that they are running smoothly.
- Communication: Open and distribute mail and other materials, and answer telephone and relay telephone calls and messages.
- Record Keeping: Record and prepare minutes of meetings, seminars, and conferences.
- Office Procedures: Determine and establish office procedures and routines.
- Recruitment: Plan, develop, and implement recruitment strategies.
- Scheduling: Schedule and confirm appointments.
- Contract Management: Manage contracts.
- Payroll Administration: Oversee payroll administration.
- Travel Arrangements: Arrange travel, related itineraries, and make reservations.
- Information Management: Set up and maintain manual and computerized information filing systems.
- Correspondence: Type and proofread correspondence, forms, and other documents.
- Research: Conduct research.
- Data Entry: Perform data entry.
- Customer Service: Provide customer service.
- Bookkeeping: Perform basic bookkeeping tasks.
- Language: English.
- Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
- Experience: 2 years to less than 3 years.
- Computer Skills: Google Docs, MS Excel, MS Outlook, MS PowerPoint, MS Windows, MS Word, Adobe Photoshop, Database software, Information technology, Oracle, Social Media, Accounting software, MS Access, MS Office, Quick Books, Simply Accounting, Adobe Acrobat Reader, WordPerfect, Electronic mail.
- Transportation: Own transportation.
- Work Conditions: Ability to work independently, fast-paced environment, work under pressure, tight deadlines, attention to detail, repetitive tasks, large workload, work with minimal supervision.
