Job Title: Client Support Analyst

About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Client Support Analyst to join our team at PHSA. As a Client Support Analyst, you will be responsible for providing exceptional technical support to our clients, ensuring that their IT needs are met in a timely and efficient manner.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide first and second-level technical support to clients via phone, email, and in-person
  • Identify and resolve technical issues related to hardware, software, and network connectivity
  • Collaborate with internal teams to resolve complex technical issues
  • Develop and maintain technical documentation and knowledge base articles
  • Participate in ongoing training and professional development to stay up-to-date with the latest technologies and trends

Requirements

  • Grade 12 graduation from a recognized two-year computer systems technology diploma program
  • Two years of recent, related experience in a technical support role
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks
  • Knowledge of social, economic, political, and historical realities of settler colonialism on Indigenous Peoples and familiarity with addressing Indigenous-specific anti-racism and Indigenous Cultural Safety
