We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated IT Support Specialist to join our team at US Tech Solutions. As a key member of our technical support team, you will be responsible for providing top-notch support to our clients and ensuring the smooth operation of their IT systems.

Key Responsibilities

* Provide technical support to clients via phone, email, and on-site visits
* Troubleshoot and resolve hardware and software issues
* Install, configure, and maintain computer systems and networks
* Perform routine maintenance tasks to ensure system uptime and performance
* Collaborate with other technical teams to resolve complex issues
* Develop and maintain technical documentation and knowledge base

Requirements

* 2+ years of experience in IT support or a related field
* Strong knowledge of computer systems, networks, and software
* Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
* Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively
* Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field
