Job Description

As an Executive Office Coordinator, you will be responsible for:

  • ">
  • Reviewing and evaluating new administrative procedures;">
  • Delegating work to office support staff;">
  • Establishing work priorities and ensuring procedures are followed and deadlines are met;">
  • Carrying out administrative activities of the establishment;">
  • Coordinating and planning for office services such as accommodation, relocation, equipment, supplies, forms, disposal of assets, parking, maintenance, and security services;">
  • Assisting in the preparation of operating budgets and maintaining inventory and budgetary controls;">
  • Assembling data and preparing periodic and special reports, manuals, and correspondence;">
  • Overseeing and coordinating office administrative procedures.">

Experience and Specialization

In order to be successful in this role, you should have:

  • Computer and technology knowledge, specifically Microsoft Office;">
  • A minimum of 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in an administrative role;">
  • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate;">
  • English language proficiency;">
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with tight deadlines;">
  • Attention to detail and organizational skills;">
