About the Job- Assist in budget preparation and control activities
- Administer programs, projects, and/or processes specific to the operating unit served
- Provide a wide variety of administrative and staff support services

Requirements- Strong communication and customer service skills

In addition to these skills, you should possess the ability to sort mail by department and individual employees, distribute incoming and interoffice mail promptly, prepare inbound and outbound mailings, and coordinate package pickups with appropriate carriers.
