Responsibilities:
  • Coordinating tasks and projects, prioritizing deadlines, and ensuring timely completion
  • Providing exceptional customer service, responding to inquiries, and resolving issues efficiently
  • Maintaining accurate records, updating databases, and performing data entry tasks
  • Scheduling appointments, managing calendars, and coordinating meetings
  • Developing and implementing process improvements to increase efficiency and productivity
Requirements:
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in an administrative or operations role
  • Proven track record of improving processes and increasing efficiency
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills
  • Ability to multitask, prioritize, and work under pressure
  • Familiarity with MS Office and electronic mail systems
