Job Title: Business Operations Manager

About the Job: We are seeking a highly skilled Business Operations Manager to join our team at MAHAJAN CANADA LIMITED. As a key member of our management team, you will play a critical role in driving business growth and efficiency.

Job Summary: The ideal candidate will have experience in supervising teams, developing operational plans, and ensuring seamless execution. You will work closely with our leadership team to identify areas for improvement and implement strategies to enhance productivity and quality.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Develop and Implement Operational Plans: Create specific plans to prioritize tasks, organize workflows, and ensure efficient use of resources.
  • Supervise and Train Team Members: Mentor and train employees in their duties and policies, providing guidance and support to help them grow professionally.
  • Prepare and Submit Reports: Analyze data, prepare reports, and present findings to stakeholders to inform business decisions.
  • Ensure Smooth Operation of Equipment: Coordinate maintenance and repair activities to minimize downtime and optimize equipment performance.
  • Resolve Work Problems and Provide Technical Advice: Identify and address work-related issues, provide expert advice, and recommend measures to improve productivity and product quality.
  • Coordinate Activities with Other Departments: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align efforts, achieve common goals, and drive business success.
  • Offer Ongoing Support to Clients: Consult with clients after sales to provide exceptional customer service and build strong relationships.

Requirements:

  • Leadership Experience: 11-15 years of experience in supervising teams, with a proven track record of achieving business objectives.
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate is required; degree is not necessary but an asset.
  • Language: Fluency in English is essential.
  • Work Hours: 30-40 hours per week, with flexibility to adapt to changing business needs.

Estimated Salary: $60,000 - $80,000 per year, based on experience and qualifications.
