We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Sales Professional to join our team as an Account Executive Inside Sales Representative. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for acquiring new clients and working as a trusted advisor to help clients find solutions to their current and future technology needs.
About the Role:
As an Account Executive, you will be responsible for:
- Targeting net new clients with a focus on selling IT solutions and consulting on current IT environments and future needs.
- Building and managing your own book of business and driving the full sales cycle, from initial contact to close.
- Developing and maintaining client relationships within a territory.
- Conducting outbound phone calls and receiving inbound inquiries.
- Engaging our IT specialists as you develop long-term buying relationships with organizations of all sizes.
- Developing relationships with Insight's partners to work leads and close business.
Requirements:
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- 1-3 years of sales experience preferred.
- Prior IT experience is not necessary, but you should have a strong interest in learning all about it.
- BA in Business, Marketing, or any related field is a plus.
- Ability to overcome objections – cold calling experience is a plus.
- Strong negotiation and listening skills.
Compensation and Benefits:
The base compensation for this position is $42,500 CAD + variable incentive bonus + uncapped commissions, with additional benefits and perks available.
