Job Title: Account Manager

At Ravago Americas, we are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Account Manager to join our team. As an Account Manager, you will be responsible for selling plastic resins, supporting existing accounts, and expanding our customer base.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and execute sales plans to achieve profitable revenue growth and expand our customer base.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with existing customers to ensure their needs are met and exceeded.
  • Prospect and develop new business opportunities through effective utilization of customer-centric selling skills.
  • Work closely with our Technical and Customer Service teams to ensure customer requirements are met and satisfaction is achieved.
  • Manage and track sales statistics and CRM data to inform business decisions.
Requirements:
  • 3+ years of experience in B2B sales, preferably in industrial or commodity sales.
  • Proven ability to interact effectively at all levels of the customer and with all of their functional groups.
  • Strong technical aptitude, problem-solving skills, and complex thinking skills to translate customer needs into solutions.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work autonomously and as part of a team.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills.
  • Proficiency in MS Word, Excel, and Outlook.
