Key Responsibilities- Define and execute the product roadmap for analytics platform services, aligning with the company and portfolio company OKRs and market opportunities.
- Work closely with product, engineering, and data analysts to foster a collaborative environment, ensuring seamless development of key business metrics and successful business outcomes.
- Lead the integration of third-party benchmark data to enhance the understanding of business performance and create targets within expectations.
- Define, monitor, and analyze business performance metrics to track and make data-driven informed recommendations to enhance business outcomes.
- Train internal teams and external partners on new metrics and reporting tools, producing training documentation in videos, FAQs, internal wikis, etc.
- Develop mechanisms for reporting key learnings to stakeholders, tracking progress against goals, and providing insights for possible improvement.
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Computer Science, or a related field, MBA preferred.
- 8+ years in work experience, with at least six years focused on scaling businesses, platforms or SaaS products and services.
- Deep understanding of data visualization and data analytics, working with Business Intelligence software such as Looker or Tableau.
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to inspire cross-functional teams to achieve shared goals with influence and limited authority.
- Exceptional strategic and analytical skills, turning insights into actionable strategies.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, capable of engaging effectively with technical and non-technical stakeholders including executive leadership.
