**Job Responsibilities**
- Design, develop, and implement machine learning models and algorithms to solve complex business problems
- Collaborate with data scientists to translate business requirements into technical AI/ML solutions
- Pre-process and analyze large datasets to derive insights and build predictive models to increase operational efficiency
- Develop and maintain end-to-end machine learning pipelines for model deployment and monitoring
- Optimize and fine-tune machine learning algorithms for performance, accuracy, and efficiency
- Implement end-to-end machine learning pipelines from data ingestion to deployment and monitoring
- Develop and maintain documentation for AI models, processes, and methodologies
- Stay current with industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices in AI and Machine Learning

**Required Skills and Qualifications**
- 3-10 years of experience in Machine Learning and AI related model development
- Proficiency in programming languages such as Python, SQL
- Strong experience with machine learning frameworks and libraries (e.g., TensorFlow, PyTorch, Scikit-learn)
- Knowledge of data processing tools (e.g., Pandas, NumPy) and data visualization tools (e.g., Matplotlib, Seaborn)
- Familiarity with cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure, Google Cloud) and their machine learning services
- Solid understanding of algorithms, data structures, and software development principles
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work independently and collaboratively
