Support Services Coordinator

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Support Services Coordinator to join our team at Magic Building Maintenance Ltd.
About the RoleThe successful candidate will provide administrative support to our staff, ensuring seamless day-to-day operations. This is a permanent, full-time position working 35-37 hours per week.
Key Responsibilities- Scheduling appointments and confirming details with clients
- Responding to phone calls and electronic enquiries in a professional manner
- Coordinating travel arrangements and making reservations as needed
- Greeting visitors and directing them to the relevant contacts or service areas
- Preparing and proofreading correspondence, forms, and other documents
- Excellent communication and organizational skills
- Proficiency in MS Office, particularly Excel and Word
- Ability to work accurately and efficiently in a fast-paced environment
- Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask
- Flexibility and adaptability in a dynamic work setting
This role offers a competitive salary of $45,000 - $50,000 per year, depending on experience. We also provide a comprehensive benefits package, including health and dental insurance, and a generous vacation policy.
