We are seeking a skilled Support Staff Coordinator to join our team at KREEDOM FREIGHT SERVICES LTD. in the role of administrative assistant.
Job DescriptionThe successful candidate will be responsible for providing administrative support to our team, including recording and preparing minutes of meetings, seminars, and conferences, determining and establishing office procedures and routines, scheduling appointments, answering phone calls and electronic enquiries, and compiling data and statistics.
Key Responsibilities:- Record and prepare meeting minutes
- Determine and establish office procedures
- Schedule and confirm appointments
- Answer phone calls and electronic enquiries
- Compile data and statistics
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
- 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in an administrative role
You will be working in a fast-paced environment with tight deadlines, requiring attention to detail and the ability to multitask.
Personal QualitiesWe are looking for someone who is organized, a team player, accurate, client-focused, reliable, and able to work effectively in a permanent role with 40 hours per week.
