Job Description

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Support Services Coordinator to join our team at Perfect Steps Learning Inc.

Responsibilities:
  • Schedule and Coordinate Events: Arrange and coordinate seminars, conferences, and other events to ensure their smooth execution.
  • Develop Office Procedures: Determine and establish office procedures and routines to maintain efficiency and productivity.
  • Manage Appointments: Schedule and confirm appointments for various stakeholders, ensuring timely and effective communication.
  • Provide Excellent Customer Service: Answer telephone calls and relay messages, respond to electronic enquiries, and provide general administrative support as needed.
  • Data Management: Compile data, statistics, and other information to support business decision-making.
  • Supply Chain Management: Order office supplies and maintain inventory levels to ensure seamless operations.
  • Travel Arrangements: Arrange travel, itineraries, and make reservations as required.
  • Front Desk Reception: Greet people, direct them to relevant contacts or service areas, and provide general assistance.
  • Documentation and Correspondence: Type and proofread correspondence, forms, and other documents with precision and attention to detail.
Requirements:
  • Secondary School Diploma: Must hold a Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • 1-2 Years of Experience: Possess at least 1 year but less than 2 years of relevant work experience.
Work Details:
  • Work Language: English is the primary language used in this role.
  • Hours: Work 30 to 40 hours per week.
  • Work Term: This is a permanent position.
