Finance Business Partnering Manager

Key Responsibilities:
As a Finance Business Partnering Manager at Aviva, you will play a critical role in driving business performance and growth. Your key responsibilities will include:
- Ensuring all business decisions are supported by high-quality financial analysis and data resources.
- Driving quality benefits planning and ensuring business activities are aligned with benefits plans and performance targets.
- Proactively managing expenses to provide senior management with potential upsides and downsides.
- Advising on Business Unit Operational Reviews and Benefits Planning processes and engaging business leaders.
- Identifying, validating, and tracking the benefit status of change portfolios.
- Developing and managing processes and toolkits to support benefits enablement and realization.
- Defining and embedding project benefits in the financial plan.
- Providing timely management information that contributes to beneficial decision support.
Key Requirements:
To be successful in this role, you will need to have:
- 3+ years of post-qualification financial management experience, preferably in a P&C organization.
- CPA or equivalent qualification.
- Strong influencing skills and a natural leadership ability.
- Excellent relationship-building and communication skills.
- Ability to manage multiple initiatives in a structured and controlled framework.
- Proven leader with the ability to empower a team of hard-working individuals.
- Demonstrable understanding and strategic perspective on the insurance industry.
- Experience with contract negotiation and management, business modeling, acquisitions, and integration.
- Sound understanding of financial, strategic, and performance management processes.
