Nous recherchons un chef directeur restauration pour rejoindre notre équipe au sein de Disability Solutions. Le poste consiste à diriger l'une des quatre salles à manger, développer des concepts, des recettes, des programmes, des personnes et des normes, garantir la sécurité alimentaire, être une référence en matière de santé et de sécurité, agir comme point de référence pour les préférences et les restrictions alimentaires, superviser et former un groupe d'employés syndiqués dévoués, travailler en étroite collaboration avec notre équipe culinaire, contribuer à l'élaboration de budgets, d'objectifs, de contrôles de coûts et opérationnels efficaces, favoriser l'efficacité, la satisfaction client et la participation.

Ce rôle nécessite un statut de chef du Sceau rouge, cinq ans d'expérience récente dans l'industrie des services alimentaires, une certification ServeSafe et FoodSafe, une expérience en contrôle des coûts et gestion des employés, des aptitudes pour la communication verbale et écrite en anglais et la capacité de communiquer en français, la capacité de gérer efficacement les préoccupations des employés, des clients et les clients avec tact tout en respectant les politiques de confidentialité, une connaissance supérieure de l'utilisation sécuritaire de tout l'équipement connexe, un excellent sens de l'organisation, une forte concentration et un engagement envers la qualité.

Salaire

Nous offrons un salaire estimé de 60 000 € par an, dépendant de votre niveau d'expérience et de vos qualifications.
