About the Centre
The Centre for Autism Services Alberta is a non-profit organization dedicated to empowering autistic individuals and their families. With a strong commitment to excellence, we provide comprehensive and innovative supports and services across the lifespan and spectrum.
We are seeking an experienced Executive Director to join our team and lead our organization forward. The successful candidate will be a strategic thinker with a proven track record in program development, organizational management, and financial oversight.
Job Description:
- Develop and execute operational plans to support the Centre's strategic objectives.
- Oversight of program implementation and evaluation to ensure alignment with our vision, mission, purpose, and values.
- Foster a culture of excellence and support for all staff and volunteers.
- Monitor progress using appropriate benchmarks and performance measures, holding leaders accountable for results.
- Oversee quality assurance processes and maintain program accreditation.
- Manage fiscal plans to maximize mission impact and ensure long-term sustainability.
- Secure and manage sustainable funding through contracts, grants, and other financial resources.
- Develop and maintain an effective organizational structure, leading, guiding, advising, and supporting team members in the successful execution of Centre programming.
Requirements:
- Graduate degree or equivalent combination of education and experience.
- Minimum 10 years in a senior management role in the non-profit sector.
- Experience in program development, organizational management, and financial oversight.
- Understanding of disability issues related to autism, early childhood services, employment services, FSCD, PDD, and relevant legislation.

- Desire to motivate others and create a positive work environment.
Salary:$120,000 - $150,000 per year.
