Executive Director

About the Role:

We are seeking a highly experienced and visionary leader to join our team as Executive Director. This key position will play a crucial role in shaping the future of our organization, driving growth, and ensuring the delivery of exceptional services to individuals with autism and their families.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute a comprehensive strategic plan to drive organizational growth and success
  • Leverage expertise and relationships to secure funding and partnerships that support our mission
  • Lead a high-performing team, fostering a culture of excellence, collaboration, and continuous improvement
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with stakeholders, including board members, community leaders, and government officials

Requirements:

  • Master's degree or equivalent combination of education and experience
  • Minimum 10 years of senior leadership experience in the non-profit sector
  • Demonstrated expertise in program development, organizational management, and financial oversight
  • Understanding of disability issues related to autism and relevant legislation

What We Offer:

  • Competitive salary: $120,000 - $150,000 per year
