- Load and unload goods and materials, adhering to company policies and procedures.
- Collaborate with dispatchers and other drivers to ensure timely delivery of goods and materials.
- Perform routine maintenance tasks, such as checking tires, brakes, and other equipment.
- Provide exceptional customer service, responding to inquiries and resolving issues in a professional and courteous manner.
- AZ class license or equivalent.
- Class 1 or A Driver's License.
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
- 2+ years of experience in heavy equipment operation, preferably in the transportation industry.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively as part of a team.
- Physical stamina to perform duties in a fast-paced environment.
We offer a competitive salary range of $60,000 - $80,000 per year, depending on experience. Additionally, our comprehensive benefits package includes health, dental, and vision coverage, as well as access to a 401(k) plan.
Estimated salary: $68,600/year. Based on a 40-60 hour workweek, this estimate assumes a moderate level of experience and education. Please note that actual compensation may vary based on individual circumstances.
