Senior Office Operations Coordinator

We are seeking an experienced and organized Senior Office Operations Coordinator to join our team at ONTARIO INC.
This is a permanent position working 40 hours per week, with the opportunity to work in a dynamic and growing company.
Estimated Salary$60,000 - $80,000 per year, depending on experience.
Job Description- Supervise and Coordinate office operations, ensuring seamless day-to-day functions and exceptional customer service.
- Determine and Establish efficient office procedures and routines to improve productivity and workflow.
- Plan, Develop, and Implement effective recruitment strategies to attract top talent.
- Schedule and Confirm Appointments for senior management and other key stakeholders.
- Manage Contracts and negotiate agreements to ensure the best interests of the company.
- Answer Telephone and Relay Messages efficiently and professionally.
- Provide Exceptional Customer Service, responding to client inquiries and resolving issues promptly.
- Compile Data, Statistics, and Information to inform business decisions and drive growth.
- Advise Senior Management on strategic initiatives and operational matters.
- Maintain Accurate Records and inventory levels to ensure compliance and efficiency.
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field.
- 1-2 years of experience in office operations, preferably in a supervisory role.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and other relevant software applications.
