The Senior Office Operations Coordinator plays a key role in ensuring the smooth operation of our office.

Job Description

We are seeking an experienced and organized individual to supervise our administrative support team. The successful candidate will be responsible for:

  • Developing specific plans to prioritize tasks and maximize productivity;
  • Organizing tasks to accomplish work efficiently and effectively;
  • Training workers in duties and policies, as well as providing technical advice and recommending measures to improve productivity and product quality;
  • Preparing and submitting reports, and ensuring the smooth operation of equipment;
  • Coordinating activities with other work units or departments, and requisitioning or ordering materials, equipment, and supplies as needed;
  • Providing ongoing support to clients after sale and offering mentoring to team members;
  • Ensuring that all tasks are completed on time and to a high standard.

This is a permanent position with a salary range of $60,000 - $80,000 per year, depending on experience. The successful candidate will be required to work 32 hours per week.

In addition to the above responsibilities, the successful candidate will also be expected to:

  • SUPORT newcomers and/or refugees with foreign credential recognition;
  • Support staff development and performance management.

The ideal candidate will have 7 months to less than 1 year of experience in a similar role and will be proficient in MS Excel, MS PowerPoint, and MS Word.
