Administrative Assistant Opportunity at Tim Hortons

Are you a detail-oriented and organized individual with excellent communication skills? We're seeking a full-time Administrative Assistant to join our team at Tim Hortons.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Perform general office duties, including maintaining files and office supplies
  • Verify employee time cards and balance cash drawers
  • Count and reconcile inventory
  • Provide reception duties, such as answering calls and receiving product orders
  • Support the on-site corporate office staff
  • Assist with preparing employee agreements and contracts
  • Complete regular weekly and monthly reporting tasks
Requirements:
  • Excellent math and communication skills in English
  • Proficient in MS Office, including Word and Excel
  • Exceptional time-management and organizational abilities
  • Willingness to learn and adapt to varying situations
  • Post-secondary education in a relevant field is an asset
