About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Insurance Sales Representative to join our team at Cheryl Moulton Insurance Agency. As an Insurance Sales Representative, you will be responsible for establishing strong relationships with clients, educating them on our insurance products, and helping them achieve their insurance goals.

Key Responsibilities
  • Client Acquisition and Retention: Establish personalized relationships with clients, identify their insurance needs, and provide tailored solutions to meet those needs.
  • Insurance Product Knowledge: Stay up-to-date on our insurance products and services, and educate clients on the benefits and features of each product.
  • Business Development: Work with our team to identify new business opportunities, develop sales strategies, and implement plans to achieve sales goals.
  • Customer Service: Provide exceptional customer service to clients, respond to their inquiries, and resolve any issues in a timely and professional manner.
Requirements
  • Insurance License: Must have a valid Property and Casualty (P&C) license and be able to obtain a Life and Health (L&H) license.
  • Sales Experience: Previous sales experience in the insurance industry, preferably in P&C and Commercial Lines.
  • Communication Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients and colleagues.
  • Problem-Solving Skills: Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze complex insurance issues and provide creative solutions.
  • Technology Skills: Proficient in using technology, including insurance software and systems, to manage client relationships and sales activities.
