- Employ a customer-centric, needs-based assessment approach to inform clients about insurance alternatives.
- Experience in Property & Casualty and Commercial Lines sales (preferred).

- Must be able to obtain OTL/RIBO Property and Casualty license.
- Must be able to obtain LLQP/Life and Health license.
- Solid understanding of social media and technology.
- Experience in product sales (mandatory).
- College diploma in a relevant field is an asset.
- Prior experience in various property and casualty insurance roles, such as underwriting, claims, sales, or service is beneficial.
- Valid Ontario Driver's License required.
- Proficiency in Farsi, Cantonese, or Mandarin is advantageous.
- Possession of LLQP or OTL/RIBO license is a plus.
This position is with an independent contractor agent affiliated with the Desjardins exclusive agent network, and not with Desjardins Group or its subsidiaries. Employees of this agent are not employees of Desjardins. Independent contractor agents are responsible for all employment decisions regarding their staff.
