About the Role:
We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Insurance Sales Representative to join our team at Demand For HR. As a key member of our Direct to Consumer Channel, you will play a critical role in driving our explosive growth and delivering exceptional customer experiences.
Key Responsibilities:
- Understand customer insurance needs and provide tailored solutions to meet their requirements.
- Quote and sell insurance policies, including Home and Auto, to new and existing customers.
- Assist customers with their insurance needs, providing expert advice and guidance.
- Service existing customers by updating their policies to meet their changing needs and offering new products as required.
- Drive strong customer retention by delivering a world-class customer experience.
- Underwrite new business, policy endorsements, and renewals by obtaining necessary information from customers relevant to pricing and risk analysis.
- Stay up-to-date on underwriting and regulatory guidelines to ensure compliance.
Requirements:
- College diploma or university degree.
- Sales and customer service experience is highly desirable.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Customer-focused with the ability to match products to customer needs.
- Good problem-solving skills.
- Ability to self-manage and prioritize work.
- Strong computer skills with the ability to learn new software applications.
What We Offer:
- A competitive base salary starting at $50,000.
- Up to 10% annual bonus.
