- Employ a customer-centric, needs-based review process to inform clients about insurance alternatives.
- Experience in Property & Casualty and Commercial Lines sales (preferred).
- Proven history of achieving targets.

- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.

- OTL/RIBO Property and Casualty license (must be obtainable).
- LLQP/Life and Health license (must be obtainable).
- Strong grasp of social media and technology.
- Sales experience (required).
- College diploma in a relevant field is an asset.
- Prior experience in various property and casualty roles, such as underwriting, claims, sales, or service is beneficial.
- Valid Ontario Driver's License.
- Proficiency in Farsi, Cantonese, or Mandarin is advantageous.
- LLQP or OTL/RIBO license is a plus.
This position is with an independent contractor agent affiliated with the Desjardins exclusive agent network, not with Desjardins Group or its subsidiaries. Employees of this agent are not employees of Desjardins. Independent contractor agents are responsible for all employment decisions regarding their staff.
