Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Bilingual Insurance Sales Representative. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for developing leads, scheduling appointments, and identifying customer needs to market appropriate insurance products and services.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute sales strategies to meet or exceed sales targets
  • Provide exceptional customer service, responding to inquiries and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their needs and preferences
  • Stay up-to-date on industry trends and product offerings to provide informed advice to clients
  • Collaborate with the team to achieve sales and service goals
Requirements
  • 2+ years of sales experience, preferably in the insurance industry
  • Fluent in English and one other language, with excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Proven track record of exceeding sales targets and achieving goals
  • Strong customer service and relationship-building skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively
  • Property & Casualty license and Life and Accident & Sickness license required
