Position: Personal Lines Insurance Advisor
Location: Markham
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee phone queue performance metrics alongside team members to ensure optimal service availability.
- Utilize CRM software to monitor pipeline and quotation metrics effectively.
- Engage with new leads promptly, adhering to established service level standards.
- Conduct follow-up communications on warm web leads through phone outreach.
- Provide outstanding customer service experiences via both phone and email interactions.
- Generate quotes for new business utilizing various analytical tools.
- Offer expert insurance advice and tailored recommendations to clients.
- Collaborate with Client Service Advisors as necessary to enhance service delivery.
- Comply with company workflows and key performance indicators (KPIs).
- Stay updated on underwriting guidelines and market developments from carriers.
- Participate in promotional and marketing initiatives.
Qualifications:
- Completion of Post-Secondary Education.
- Familiarity with TAM and EPIC systems is preferred.
- Background in customer service training is advantageous.
- Possession of a valid R.I.B. Ontario license is mandatory.
- A minimum of one year of experience in personal lines sales or service is required.
- Demonstrated organizational and time management capabilities.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
- Adept at problem-solving and effective teamwork.
