About the Role

We're seeking a highly motivated and organized individual to join our team as an Assistant Manager. In this role, you'll be responsible for managing the front desk, confirming reservations, renting storage units, and presenting lease agreements. You'll also be responsible for maintaining the property's appearance by cleaning the facility daily and performing daily inspections of storage units to ensure they're clean, properly locked, and rent-ready.

Requirements

  • Strong fluency in English, both written and spoken
  • Access to a reliable vehicle for travel between locations
  • 1 year of experience with Microsoft Office (preferred)
  • 2 years of experience in customer service or sales (preferred)
  • Valid driving license
