Job Title: Administration Officer

We are seeking an experienced Administration Officer to join our team at Interrent Holdings Manager Limited Partnership. As an Administration Officer, you will be responsible for providing administrative support to our property administration company.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Implement new administrative procedures and review and evaluate existing ones to ensure efficiency and effectiveness.
  • Establish work priorities and ensure procedures are followed and deadlines are met.
  • Carry out administrative activities of the establishment, including data entry and preparing periodic and special reports.
  • Assist in the preparation of operating budget and maintain inventory and budgetary controls.
  • Train staff and oversee and co-ordinate office administrative procedures.
Requirements:
  • 5 years or more of experience in a similar role.
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Fast-paced environment and ability to work under pressure.
  • Attention to detail and ability to multitask.
