Job Title: Distribution Supervisor

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Distribution Supervisor to join our team at VA Transport Inc.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Coordinate and manage the distribution of goods and materials to ensure timely delivery and efficient use of resources.
  • Develop and implement effective inventory management systems to minimize waste and maximize productivity.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve work problems and improve productivity and product quality.
  • Train and supervise staff in duties and policies to ensure compliance with company standards.
  • Prepare and submit reports to management on distribution activities and performance metrics.
Requirements:
  • 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a distribution or logistics role.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively interact with colleagues and stakeholders.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with tight deadlines and attention to detail.
  • Flexibility to adapt to changing priorities and work conditions.
