Job Summary

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Distribution Supervisor to join our team at VA Transport Inc. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth flow of goods and materials throughout our distribution network.

Key Responsibilities
  • Task Management: Organize and prioritize tasks to meet deadlines and achieve operational efficiency.
  • Team Collaboration: Coordinate activities with other departments and teams to ensure seamless communication and workflow.
  • Reporting and Analysis: Prepare and submit regular reports to management, highlighting key performance indicators and areas for improvement.
  • Problem-Solving: Identify and resolve work-related problems, providing technical guidance and recommendations to enhance productivity and quality.
  • Training and Development: Train and mentor team members on duties, policies, and procedures.
  • Inventory Management: Organize and maintain inventory levels, ensuring accurate tracking and reporting.
Requirements
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a related field.
  • Skills: Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
