About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Warehouse Distribution Supervisor to join our team at MANA DISTRIBUTION INC. as a key member of our logistics operations.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and Implement Logistics Plans

Design and implement efficient logistics plans to prioritize tasks, manage inventory, and ensure smooth operations.

Oversee Warehouse Operations

Supervise a team of 5-10 people, responsible for receiving, storing, and shipping goods, as well as maintaining a safe and organized work environment.

Manage Inventory and Supplies

Organize and maintain inventory levels, requisition materials and equipment as needed, and ensure accurate tracking and reporting.

Provide Technical Guidance and Support

Offer technical advice and guidance to staff, resolve work problems, and recommend measures to improve productivity and product quality.

Recruit and Train Staff

Recruit, hire, and train staff members, as well as conduct performance reviews and provide feedback.

Requirements
  • Education

Secondary (high) school graduation certificate

Work Experience

7 months to less than 1 year of experience in a warehouse or distribution center environment

Computer and Technology Skills

Proficient in MS Excel, MS Outlook, MS PowerPoint, and MS Word

Work Conditions and Physical Capabilities

Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, handle heavy loads, and maintain attention to detail

Personal Suitability

Accurate, client-focused, efficient interpersonal skills, organized, and a team player
