Job Title: Warehouse Distribution Supervisor

MANA DISTRIBUTION INC. is seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Warehouse Distribution Supervisor to oversee the daily operations of our distribution center. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth flow of goods and materials, managing inventory, and supervising a team of 5-10 employees.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement efficient operational plans to prioritize tasks and optimize workflow.
  • Organize and manage inventory, including receiving, storing, and shipping goods.
  • Supervise and train staff to ensure they are meeting performance expectations.
  • Conduct performance reviews and provide feedback to improve productivity and quality.
  • Coordinate with other departments to ensure seamless communication and collaboration.
  • Manage and maintain accurate records and reports, including inventory levels and employee performance.
Requirements:
  • 7 months to less than 1 year of experience in a warehouse or distribution environment.
  • High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively.
  • Proficiency in MS Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint, and Word.
Work Environment:

The Warehouse Distribution Supervisor will work in a fast-paced environment with frequent heavy lifting and attention to detail required. The ideal candidate will be able to work independently and as part of a team, with excellent problem-solving skills and a strong attention to detail.
