About the Role

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Warehouse Distribution Supervisor to join our team at MANA DISTRIBUTION INC. As a key member of our logistics team, you will be responsible for overseeing the operational logistics of our organization, ensuring smooth operations, and maintaining high levels of productivity and product quality.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and Implement Operational Plans: Create specific plans to prioritize tasks and organize work to accomplish goals.
  • Logistics Management: Oversee the operational logistics of the organization, including inventory management, material requisition, and equipment maintenance.
  • Team Supervision: Supervise a team of 5-10 people, providing guidance, training, and performance reviews.
  • Reporting and Analysis: Prepare and submit reports on operational performance, productivity, and quality.
  • Technical Support: Ensure smooth operation of computer equipment and machinery, and arrange for maintenance and repair work.
Requirements
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • Experience: 7 months to less than 1 year of experience in a similar role.
  • Computer Skills: Proficient in MS Excel, MS Outlook, MS PowerPoint, and MS Word.
  • Work Environment: Fast-paced environment with handling of heavy loads.
  • Physical Capabilities: Ability to lift up to 23 kg (50 lbs).
  • Personal Suitability: Accurate, client-focused, efficient interpersonal skills, organized, and a team player.
