Key Responsibilities
  • Operational Planning: Develop and implement plans to prioritize tasks and optimize warehouse operations.
  • Task Management: Organize and assign tasks to team members to ensure efficient completion of work.
  • Logistics Management: Oversee the operational logistics of our organization, including inventory management and supply chain coordination.
  • Reporting and Analysis: Prepare and submit regular reports to management on warehouse operations and performance metrics.
  • Equipment Maintenance: Ensure the smooth operation of computer equipment and machinery, and arrange for maintenance and repair work as needed.
  • Staff Supervision: Supervise a team of 5-10 employees, providing guidance and support to ensure they have the resources and training needed to perform their duties effectively.

  • Performance Management: Conduct regular performance reviews to assess employee performance and provide feedback for improvement.

Requirements
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
  • Experience: 7 months to less than 1 year
  • Work Setting: Retail business, warehouse, and distribution center
  • Computer and Technology Knowledge: MS Excel, MS Outlook, MS PowerPoint, and MS Word
  • Work Conditions and Physical Capabilities: Fast-paced environment, handling heavy loads, and attention to detail
  • Weight Handling: Up to 23 kg (50 lbs)
  • Personal Suitability: Accurate, client-focused, efficient interpersonal skills, organized, team player
