Business Development Director

We are seeking a highly experienced and skilled Sales Director to join our team at Groupe Leclerc. As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for driving business growth and leading our sales team to achieve revenue targets.
Key Responsibilities- Lead the Sales Team: Set clear objectives, provide guidance, and monitor performance to ensure the sales team is aligned with company goals.
- Develop and Execute Sales Strategies: Create and implement sales plans to achieve revenue targets, including developing and executing sales forecasts and strategic planning.
- Foster Strong Relationships: Build and maintain strong relationships with key accounts and customers to drive business growth and revenue.
- Provide Sales Performance Reports: Regularly provide sales performance reports and forecasts to stakeholders.
- Education: Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.
- Experience: 12 to 15 years of experience in sales management with a proven track record of success.
- Skills: Extensive experience and knowledge of complex sales processes, strategic and conceptual selling, forecasting/planning, project management, negotiation, and relationship-building with multiple functions at the client level.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite and knowledge of SAP is a plus.
- Communication Skills: Strong English oral and written communication skills.
