Job Title: Director - US Operations

At Groupe Leclerc, we are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Director - US Operations to join our team. This is a key leadership role that will be responsible for ensuring the development and competitiveness of manufacturing operations in the US.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement strategies to improve manufacturing operations and increase efficiency.
  • Lead and manage a team of operations managers to achieve business objectives.
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure optimal integration of services and resources.
  • Identify and implement best practices in lean manufacturing and continuous improvement.
  • Develop and manage budgets and resources to achieve business objectives.
  • Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations and standards.
  • Participate in audits and provide recommendations for improvement.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in engineering, management, or a related field.
  • At least 5 years of experience in a director role, preferably in the manufacturing industry.
  • Proven track record of success in leading and managing teams.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to travel up to 33%.
