Job Title: Business Development Director

As a key member of the Groupe Leclerc team, the Business Development Director will play a crucial role in driving sales growth and strategy.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve revenue targets
  • Lead the sales team by setting clear objectives and providing guidance
  • Oversee key accounts and foster strong relationships with customers
  • Prepare sales forecasts and strategic planning for clients and team members
  • Provide regular sales performance reports and forecasts
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field
  • 12 to 15 years of experience in sales management with a proven track record
  • Experience in short-, mid-, and long-term strategic sales planning
  • Extensive knowledge of complex sales processes and strategic selling
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite and knowledge of SAP is a plus
  • Strong English oral and written communication skills
