Catcher Logistics Inc. is seeking an experienced Office Administrator to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for reviewing and evaluating new administrative procedures, establishing work priorities, and ensuring procedures are followed and deadlines are met.

Key Responsibilities
  • Review and evaluate new administrative procedures to ensure efficiency and effectiveness
  • Establish work priorities and ensure procedures are followed and deadlines are met
  • Carry out administrative activities of the establishment, including maintaining inventory and budgetary controls
  • Assist in the preparation of operating budget and maintain inventory and budgetary controls
  • Assemble data and prepare periodic and special reports, manuals, and correspondence
  • Oversee and co-ordinate office administrative procedures
Requirements
  • 3-4 years of experience in an administrative role
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet tight deadlines
  • Proficiency in MS Office, including Excel, Word, and Outlook
  • Experience with project management software
Work Environment

The successful candidate will work in a fast-paced environment with a large workload. They will be required to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines. The ideal candidate will have excellent time management skills and be able to prioritize tasks effectively.
